Each target consists of a value to beat and a metric type, for example
- Top speed - faster than 10.80 m/s
- Time to finish - less than 7.4s
- Peak power - more than 1700W
Targets are tied to a group session, and each exercise and participant in the session can have their own targets.
Targets allow you to set performance thresholds for athletes during training or rehabilitation sessions. When a target is active, repetition results are automatically compared to the selected value, helping coaches and clinicians monitor progress in real time.
Targets can be updated at any time and are stored within the session.
Note
Targets by default with linear type exercises (Running, skating, swimming) will show target options for only Top Speed, Total Time, 0-5 Time. Create a new private exercise to add deceleration and acceleration targets. Learn how to create a private exercise here.
Creating targets
Targets can be entered manually by clicking on the participant and selecting Add Target. By default the new target will be of the current metric for the exercise.

It's also possible to set targets from a completed rep in the same session. Tap the box with the result to open up the details and from there select the target
- Linear sprints: Target can be set from top speed, total time and zero to five
- Change of direction: Target can be set from top speed and _total time.
- Reps: Target can be set from both the bar chart (select one or more) or from the Best Rep. The metric is the one that is currently displayed for the exercise.
It's possible to set the same target to multiple clients directly from a completed rep. Click on a result, select the metric and then choose Set target to everyone.
Target Feedback
Once a target is defined for a metric, the result boxes will get colored to indicate if the target was met or not. Furthermore, the new run/new set dialog will also clearly indicate if the target was reached or not

Step 1: Create a Session
-Targets are created from within a session by clicking "Create new session" quick link.
-Add the client and exercise.
-Select the client
Step 2: Choose Add Target
- Select the metric you want to monitor.
- Enter desired value.
- Save the target.
- Target will now appear after selecting new run or repetition.
Step 3: Monitor Targets During Training
- After a repetition is completed, the system compares the performance result to the active target.
- Results that exceed the target are highlighted green.
- Results that are within 5% less than the target are highlighted yellow.
- Results that are below 5% of the target are highlighted red.l
Step 4: Updating a Target
- Target can be adjusted as the athlete progresses
- Open a completed repeition.
- Review the performance metric set.
- Adjust target to the latest result for the individual or group of clients in the session.
Note By changing the target at anytime all measurements will be adjusted for the entire session.
Best Practices
-Set targets based on testing or baseline dat.a
-Keep targets consistent within a session to monitor fatigue.
-Adjust targets gradually during rehabilitiation or speed development.
