From all group training dialogs, it's possible to quickly set load from various sources. Simply click on the "Set Loads" button in the lower left corner of the training dialog
From Previous Set
This option will find the machine settings from the most recently performed rep for the same client and exercise.
If the application is connected to the internet, the most recent settings are fetched from the 1080 cloud servers. Otherwise it will look at the most recent rep that is available in the offline database.
From Body Weight
Will open a dialog where a percentage can be entered. The application will then convert this to a load setting based on the current client's body weight.
By default, the same load will be applied to both the concentric and eccentric direction, but it's possible to specify an overload percentage.
From Exercise
This option is only available on exercises which has load/speed settings defined (this is done in the exercise library by the coach).
If available, it will set the machine to the settings recommended by the person who created the exercise.
From Velocity Decrement
This option uses a previously saved Load/Velocity Calculation to calculate what load to apply in order to slow down the current client to a certain percentage of their max speed for the current exercise.
To enable this option, first perform a load velocity and save it to the client profile. Once it has been saved, it will become available to use as vdec for compatible exercises.
