Group Training

The group training view provides an efficient way to train a group of clients together.

The data is organized in a group session which contains a list of clients and the exercises they are going
to perform as well as all the performed reps and runs.

Layout

By organizing clients and their training data into a grid layout, it's very easy go switch between
athletes without loosing the overview.

The leftmost column contains the clients that are part of the training session. The columns to
the right contains the reps and runs performed by that client.

Creating a Session

There are several ways to create a new group training session:

  • A blank session from the start screen
  • A copy of a recent session, also from the start screen.
  • A copy of a historical session from the Browse Data screen.

Completing a Session

When a group training session is done, and all reps and runs have been collected, it should be marked as completed.

It's only when it has been completed that it will appear in the "Browse Data" list and in the Web App.

To complete a session, select it in the Recent Sessions list and click the ... button.
Select Mark as Complete in the popup that appears.

Once a session has been completed, no more reps can be recorded.

Deleting a session

The main reason for wanting to delete a session is if was created by mistake, or for some reason never got started.

Select the session in the Recent Sessions list, tap the ... button. In the popup you will find the delete button.
