Switching Between Organisations
A single 1080 Motion user login can belong to more than one Organisation. This is ideal for coaches who work across multiple clubs, teams, or facilities — one set of login credentials gives access to all of them without needing separate accounts.

How to switch between Organisations
Switching organizations can be done from the web app (both current version and the beta version), Control App and from the machine screen (sprint2, cable, squat).
Step 1 — Log in to your account using your email address and password.
Step 2 — Once logged in, find the Organisation selector and select the organization you want to switch to:
- Control App: The org switch is present on the start screen after logging in. Click on the username in the upper left part of the screen.
- Web App: Click your name in the top right corner and select the organization from the drop down menu
- Web App 2.0 (beta): Navigate to "Account" and click on "Switch Organization"
- Machine Screen: Tap the user icon in the top bar and select Switch User_. On the popup that appears, there is an organization selector.
Note: The organization selector only appears for users that have access to more than one organization.
Step 3 — Select the Organisation you wish to work in. The platform will reload showing the clients, data, and settings for that Organisation.
Each Organisation's data is kept separate. Switching organisations changes which clients and training data you can see and work with.
Joining an additional Organisation
You do not add yourself to an Organisation — an Admin user within that Organisation must invite you. Once invited, you will receive an email with instructions to accept and link the Organisation to your existing login.

Things to note
- Your personal login credentials remain the same across all Organisations
- Each Organisation assigns you its own permission level — you may have different access in different Organisations
- Leaving or being removed from one Organisation does not affect your access to others
