Starting May 27, 2026, all 1080 Motion accounts use our new Single Sign-On (SSO) login system. The old login system is no longer active as of this date and ALL machines will require a new sign-in. Follow the steps below to sign in for the first time with the new system — it takes less than 2 minutes.
All machines will need to be connected to Wi-Fi to complete the SSO and activate the new login credentials created by the Single Sign-On.
If you have any issues with sign-in after May 27th, please contact support@1080motion.com for assistance.
What is Single Sign-On (SSO)?
Single Sign-On (SSO) is a login system that lets you access multiple software products using one set of credentials — a single verified email address and password. Instead of managing separate usernames and passwords for different tools, SSO connects them under one secure login.
For 1080 Motion, this means that starting May 27, 2026, you will use your verified email and a single password to access the webapp (1.0 and 2.0 Beta), tablet software, and machine display login. Your identity is confirmed once, and access is granted across the full 1080 Motion Software Suite — no extra logins required.
⚠ Haven't verified your email yet?
Email verification must be completed before you can use SSO. If you haven't done this, go to webapp.1080motion.com now and verify your email first. Learn more about Verify Email or contact support@1080motion.com if you need assistance. ####
This is a login system change only. Every client profile, session, result, and setting across the full 1080 Motion Software Suite remains exactly as it was. Nothing has been deleted or changed.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Do I need to create a new account, or will my existing login still work?
You do not need to create a new account. Your existing 1080 Motion account carries over automatically — all client profiles, session data, and settings remain exactly as they are. The only change is how you sign in. On first login on or after May 27, you will be prompted to set a new password and accept updated policies. This is a one-time step. After that, use your verified email address and new password to sign in every time.
2. What happens if I haven't verified my email before the SSO launch on May 27?
If your email is not verified before May 27, you will not be able to log in when the new SSO system goes live. Email verification is a required step for SSO and can only be completed at webapp.1080motion.com — no other portal or link can be used. If you miss the deadline, contact support@1080motion.com and the team will assist you in regaining access as quickly as possible.
3. Will SSO work across all 1080 Motion products, or just the web app?
SSO applies to the full 1080 Motion Software Suite, including webapp.1080motion.com, the 1080 Tablet Software (Control App), and the Machine App display login. The sign-in flow is the same across all platforms. The Control App and Machine App also support a QR code sign-in option for users who prefer to authenticate from a mobile device.
4. I manage multiple user accounts for my organisation. Does each user need to verify their own email?
Yes — email verification is tied to each individual user account and must be completed by each person signing in. Notify all users in your organisation of the May 26 deadline and share the step-by-step verification guide. Each user must log in to webapp.1080motion.com, navigate to their User Profile, and complete verification using their own email address. If any users are missing an email address on their account, they will need to add one via Edit Details before they can verify.
5. I didn't receive the verification email or login code. What should I do?
Start by checking your junk or spam folder — verification emails and login codes are sometimes filtered automatically. If the email is not there, wait a few minutes as delivery can occasionally be delayed. During verification, click "send a new code" inside the dialog to request a fresh pin. During SSO login, click "Resend code" on the check your inbox screen. If you still cannot receive emails, confirm the address on your account is correct under User Profile → Edit Details. For persistent issues, contact support@1080motion.com with your username and the team will investigate promptly.
