Creating a new Organization Account
1080 Motion organization accounts are created exclusively by the 1080 Motion support team. Accounts cannot be self-registered — once payment for your annual software license has been completed, contact support to get your account set up and ready to use.
To create your account, email support@1080motion.com after completing your software license payment and the team will get you set up as quickly as possible.
What to include in your email
To help the support team set up your account promptly, include the following in your message:
- Your full name
- Your organisation name in two versions: one short handle and one display name
- Display name: this can be the full name and does not impose rules on characters or length (within reason) E.g. "My Sports Club Primary Team"
- Short handle: this is a shorter version, used in places where space is tight. Must be unique and can only contain english letters, numbers and hyphens. E.g.
MySportsCluborsclub-primary.
- The email address you would like linked to your organization. This person will also become the first administrative user for this organization.
- Proof of license payment or your order reference number
