For reps there are no settings that need to be done. The dialog will show some basic stats about the set as it's being performed:
- "Rep Count": Number of reps performed
- "Current Rep": The value of the current rep (e.g. power, force, etc depending on the selected KPI in the top bar)
- "Best Rep": The best rep so far in the set (same KPI as current rep)
- "Total Work": The total work performed in the set (this is measured in Joules and is a rough measurements of how much the muscles have had to work during this set)
Unilateral Exercises
For unilateral exercises, the dialog will track stats for the left and right side separately. Select the current side
by tapping on that side of the dialog.
