When you have created a group training session and added clients and exercises to it, you are ready to start training.
Multiple Tablets/1080 Machines
If the session is going to be performed on multiple machines at the same time, just open up the session on all the tablets and
select the correct exercise for each tablet.
Data recorded on each tablet will automatically be synced to the cloud and collected as part of the same session.
Recording Reps
Assuming the correct exercise is already selected, just click the Add Run
(or Add Set
for rep type exercises) button
to record a new rep.
Machine Settings (Loads/Speed Limits)
All dialogs have the option to set loads and speed limits for the machine.
- "From Previous Set": This option will look at the most recently performed set or run for the same client and exercise and copy the load and speed settings from that set.
- "From Body Weight": This option will set the loads as a percentage of the client's body weight. The percentage is remembered between clients, making it easy to train all clients on the same percentage of their respective body weight.
- "From Exercise": This option is only available on exercises which has load/speed settings defined (this is done in the exercise library by the coach). If available, it will set the machine to the settings recommended by the person who created the exercise.
Viewing Rep Details
Tap on set/run to view details. A popup appears showing the key metrics for that rep, such as the time, speed and distance for runs,
or the rep count and rep bar chart for rep exercises.
