Renewing or Lapsing a Software License
Access to the 1080 Motion Software Suite requires an active annual software license. When a license expires, access to all platforms is suspended until the license is renewed.
What happens when a license expires
| Status | Access |
|---|---|
| Active license | Full access to all 1080 Motion platforms and software |
| Expired license | Login is suspended — no access to any platform until renewed |
| Renewed license | Access is restored immediately upon confirmation of renewal |
Your data is never deleted when a license expires. All client profiles, session history, results, and settings are retained and will be fully accessible again once the license is renewed.
How to renew your license
Contact the 1080 Motion sales team before your license expiry date to arrange renewal and avoid any interruption to access.
