This guide summarizes the steps to set up and use the Reps app.
Note
Quick start apps are used to quickly start a workout on the machine. To save data and perform analysis, please connect the control app remotely. How to connect Sprint 2 or Cable to Control App
Step 1: Launch Quick Start Reps
- Open the app and select Quick Start Reps from the home screen.
Step 2: View Training Metrics
- The app displays key metrics:
- You can adjust metric displays (e.g., average power, concentric power) using the buttons above.
Step 3: Calibrate the Machine
- Open the settings menu.
- Set a new zero position if needed to ensure accurate measurements.
Step 4: Adjust Concentric Load
- Set the concentric load (resistance during pulling away) in the bottom resistance bar:
- Use coarse or fine adjustments for precision (e.g., 3.3 kg).
Step 5: Adjust Eccentric Load
- Set the eccentric load (resistance during return motion):
- Note: Eccentric load can exceed concentric load. A prompt will ask for confirmation.
- Accept the risk and apply the changes.
Step 6: Select Return Speed
- Adjust the return speed to fast for maximum freedom of movement:
- Speed can reach up to 14 m/s.
- This setting minimizes restrictions for line movement.
Step 7: Perform Exercises
- Begin your workout, such as one-arm rows.
- Observe live metrics during the exercise:
- Concentric power and force output.
- Eccentric speed and performance.
Step 8: Analyze and Customize Metrics
- Change the displayed metrics as needed:
- Options include average power, peak power, force output, or velocity.
- Metrics are displayed for concentric and eccentric movements.
- Peak values and velocity-based training speed can be viewed in detail.
