# Repetition Export

2025 February Format Change

The format described here was released February 2025. The old format will continue to be available for some time to allow customers to migrate to this new format.

Repetition exercises include *single*, *synchro* and *synchro smith* exercises. Each row in the export will correspond to a single movement. In other words, a rep with both the concentric and eccentric will be two rows, exported in the order they were recorded.

## Repetition Columns

The following columns are always included:

| --- | --- |

| AvgAcceleration [m/s2] | Average accelearation over the entire movement |
| AvgForce [N] | Average force for the entire movement. |
| AvgPower [W] | Average power ($force * speed$) for the entire movement. |
| PeakSpeed [m/s] | Highest recorded speed value for the entire movement. |

| PeakPower [W] | Highest recorded power ($force * speed$) for the movement. |
