# Troubleshooting Nozzle Issues for Smooth Line Retraction

Sometimes the nozzle can accumulate dirt and dust, which may cause the machine to have problems retracting the line.

## Tools Needed

- Optional: **Poligrip** (pliers)

          Avoid scratching

          

⚠️ If you use Poligrip, cover the pincers with cloth or similar to prevent scratching the nozzle.

## Steps to Troubleshoot

1. **Remove the nozzle**
  - Grab the nozzle with your fingers or Poligrip.
  - Turn it **counterclockwise** to remove it.

2. **Test retracting the line**
  - With the nozzle removed, use the **Set Zero Position** function to retract the line.

## Results

- ✅ **If the line retracts normally:** The nozzle is clogged. → Contact **support@1080motion.com** or your local partner, and we will send you a new nozzle with a larger hole diameter.
- ❌ **If the line still will not retract:** Please contact **support@1080motion.com** or your local partner for further troubleshooting.
