Sometimes the nozzle can accumulate dirt and dust, which may cause the machine to have problems retracting the line.
Tools Needed
- Optional: Poligrip (pliers)
Avoid scratching
⚠️ If you use Poligrip, cover the pincers with cloth or similar to prevent scratching the nozzle.
Steps to Troubleshoot

Remove the nozzle
- Grab the nozzle with your fingers or Poligrip.
- Turn it counterclockwise to remove it.

Test retracting the line
- With the nozzle removed, use the Set Zero Position function to retract the line.

Results

✅ If the line retracts normally:
The nozzle is clogged.
