Moving sets and reps

This guide summarizes how to move reps or sets within a session or between clients.

Note
If you have data that was incorrectly recorded under an incorrect client, you can move complete sets or individual reps as long as the correct client was active during the same training session or a previous session with the same exercise type (For example: Resisted Running or Single Unilateral)

Step 1: Navigate to Browse Data

  • Log into the Control App, complete any ongoing sessions, open the Browse Data quick link.

Step 2: Open tabs for the clients that need data moved

  • In the photo below, you can see two clients have been selected. 1) Client GG 2) Client Cora

Step 3a: Move a set

  • Highlight and select the set to move.
  • Right mouse click or hold 1 second over the set summary.
  • Select move set.
  • Image

Step 3b: Move a rep

  • Select the set that recorded the rep to be moved.
  • Select the rep(s) to be moved.
  • Click on "More Options" button.
  • Select move rep.

Step 4: Select Client and Destination

  • Client to move data to should be active tab and meet the filter criteria.
  • Once selected, move data.
