2025 February Format Change
The format described here was released February 2025.
The old format will continue to be available for some time to allow customers to migrate to this new format.
A change of direction run consists of multiple phases combined into a single run. Each run is represented as a single row, and stats for the individual phases are added as separate phase stats columns (see below).
Change of Direction Columns
Change of direction adds the following general columns
Column | Description |

StartDirection | The direction of the first phase of the run ("resisted" or "assisted") |
NumPhases | The total number of phases completed in this run |
Phase stats
These columns contains stats for individual phases. Only phase 1 and phase 2 are included. Runs with more phases will not have any details about them at this point.

Phase n Distance [m] | Distance covered in this phase |
Phase n TopSpeed [m/s] | Top speed reached in this phase |
Phase n MaxAccel [m/s2] | Maximum acceleration recorded in this phase |
Phase n 0-5m [s] | Time to reach 5m (or yards) in this phase. Will be blank if the phase is shorter. |
Phase n DecelTime [s] | Time to decelerate from the top speed to stand still. Will be blank if there was no deceleration |
Phase n DecelDistance [m] | The distance covered to get from top speed to stand still (turn). Will be blank if runner didn't stop |
Phase n MaxDecel [m/s2] | Maximum deceleration recorded over a 0.5s window. |
