# Account Troubleshooting and Login Errors

#### Account Troubleshooting & Login Issues

If you are having difficulty signing in or accessing your account, work through the steps below before contacting support. Most login issues can be resolved quickly without assistance.

#### I cannot log in

- Confirm you are signing in at [webapp.1080motion.com](https://webapp.1080motion.com) or via the 1080 Control App
- Check that the username or email address you are entering is correct
- Ensure your email address has been **verified** on your account — unverified email addresses cannot be used to sign in
- Try resetting your password — see [Resetting Your Password](/docs/account-troubleshooting-and-login-errors#) for instructions

#### I am not receiving the login code or verification email

- Check your **junk or spam folder** — automated emails are sometimes filtered
- Wait up to 5 minutes — delivery can occasionally be delayed
- Click **"Resend code"** or **"Send a new code"** on the sign-in screen to request a fresh code
- Confirm the email address on your account is correct under **User Profile → Edit Details**
- If using a work or organisation email, check with your IT team that emails from 1080 Motion are not being blocked

#### My account says it is not verified

Your email address must be verified before SSO login will work. Follow the full verification guide at [Verify Email — Account Access](https://docs.1080motion.com/docs/account-access).

#### I have been removed from my Organisation or lost access

Contact your Organisation's **Admin user** to have your access reinstated or your permission level reviewed. If you do not know who the Admin is, contact support.

---

#### My license has expired

Access is suspended when an annual software license expires. Contact the sales team to arrange renewal.

#### None of the above resolved my issue

Contact the 1080 Motion support team directly. Include your **username**, **organisation name**, and a brief description of the issue so the team can assist you as quickly as possible.
